I have seen lot of people skipping meals due to several reasons.Some people are skipping meals for the aim of weight loss and some are not having time to eat.There are some benefits as well as risks of skipping meals.
According to some studies skipping meals is beneficial for obese people.Some experiments tell that skipping meals decreases the risk of diabetes.
According to me skipping meals for the aim of losing weight gives completely opposite effect.If you want an advice on this topic i will advice you not to skip meals specially the breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day.If you will skip your breakfast you will eat more than ever before in the second part of the day.If you do not want to listen to me and want to skip your meals than its better to skip your dinner.
If you are trying to lose some extra pounds i am sure that you have heard that it is better to eat frequently as it fastens your metabolism.So friends you can eat less and healthy but never skip your meals and let me know when you will achieve your weight loss goals.
