How To Get Motivated For Exercise

One of my readers asked me a question- How to get motivated for exercise.Here are some secrets of exercise motivation.

1.Always choose an exercise program which you really enjoy.If you will love your exercise it will become part of your life and will give you great results.
Some people like to exercise outdoors and some like to workout while listening their favorite music.So try to find a way which can help you in enjoying your regular exercise.

2.Always put realistic goals before you.Goals should be challenging but achievable.

3.Always reward yourself on completion of a goal.You can buy something for yourself or you can eat your favorite candies if you are dieting from long time.

4.Try to find out a specific time for your work out.Some people feel more energetic in morning and some people like to work out in the evening.

5.If you do not like to exercise all in one go.You can just breakup your exercise through out the day.Nine 5 minute spurts of exercise are having same result as one 45 minute workout.

6.Give your body some time to adjust with your exercise program.Do not make big changes in your lifestyle in one day.

7.Ask your friends to join you in your exercise program.People who are having support of their family always get better results so ask your parents for help.

8.Try variety of exercises for different group of muscles this is beneficial and will give you variety in your workout.

9.Choose couple of days in a week for rest which is also necessary for growth of muscle mass.

10.Try to find benefits of exercise and healthy living it will really motivate you to live your life in a healthy way.
